Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive (AE) to join our high-performing sales team in our North American addressable Market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in corporate and enterprise environments, and will thrive in a hunter role focused on closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert qualified leads provided by the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team, driving a mid- to long-term Sales cycle, from first touchpoint to Contract execution and successful conversion.

  • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand needs, identify pain points, and tailor solutions accordingly.

  • Deliver impactful presentations and sales pitches that align with client objectives and business goals.

  • Navigate complex B2B sales cycles within corporate and enterprise environments, involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and contract negotiations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and customer success) to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of closed accounts

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by actively managing opportunities through each stage of the sales funnel.

Job requirements

  • Ability to work and be available during the Eastern Time Zone (GMT minus 5 Hours)

  • Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.

  • Fluent in English with strong and confident communication and public speaking skills, with a commanding presence, capable of delivering persuasive and engaging presentations and demos to groups of stakeholders exceeding 10 - 15 business professionals.

  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business and achieving sales quotas.

  • Excellent presentation and pitching skills with the ability to communicate value propositions effectively.

  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software .

  • Minimum of a BA is needed.

  • Preference for previous Sales record selling in North American markets (remotely or in person)
