As we scale up rapidly, we're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts, and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and brand marketing strategies.
Position Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead our marketing department, crafting and executing comprehensive strategies to elevate brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and establish a strong market presence. Reporting directly to the CCO, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory by implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) that align with our business goals.


- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration, focusing on SaaS-based solutions within the childcare industry.

- Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to drive performance and achieve strategic objectives.

- Establish and monitor KPIs and OKRs, regularly assessing and optimizing marketing initiatives to maximize ROI and drive scalable growth.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead generation goals, optimizing the marketing funnel to drive conversions.

- Drive brand marketing efforts, including brand positioning, messaging, and creative campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies.

- Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to initiatives with the highest potential for impact and ROI.

- Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand our market reach and enhance brand visibility.

Job requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience (3+ years) in a leadership role within a product-led SaaS scale-up or tech-based company, with a focus on brand marketing, lead generation, and brand awareness.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive measurable results and revenue growth.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to make informed marketing decisions.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

- Innovative thinker with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
