Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Lead Research and Assignment Specialist to support our outbound sales efforts within the daycare industry across the United States. 

This role involves identifying and enriching lead data, confirming contact details of Executive Directors, organizing and logging qualified leads into our CRM (HubSpot), and assigning them to the appropriate SDRs based on specific criteria.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in lead generation, and data research, with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Research & Data Enrichment

  • Conduct comprehensive online research to identify potential daycare centers across the USA.

  • Locate and verify Executive Director (ED) names, email addresses, phone numbers, and organizational details using a combination of online tools, directories, and public records.

  • Maintain data accuracy by regularly cross-checking with authoritative sources and updating records as needed.

Lead Creation & Logging

  • Create new lead entries in HubSpot with complete and accurate information.

  • Ensure proper formatting and tagging of leads for segmentation by location, daycare size, and number of children

  • Track lead source and update lead status based on enrichment and confirmation progress.

Data Verification & Outreach

  • Professionally engage Companies via cold-calling to verify the accuracy of contact details

  • Record call outcomes and update HubSpot accordingly.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation, data research, or a sales operations role.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, especially HubSpot.

  • Experience working with sales outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach).

  • Strong eye for detail and the persistence to investigate thoroughly when information is incomplete or gatekept.

  • Resilience and professionalism over the phone when navigating gatekeepers to accurately identify the Executive Director or decision-maker.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills for outbound calls and advanced written skills

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
