Outbound Sales Specialist (For Canadian Market)

Job description

An outbound sales representative focuses on securing sales meetings by reaching out to clients through calls. They primarily offer products and services, assisting customers every step of the way to ensure client satisfaction. To carry out their duties, they must perform research and analysis to identify business opportunities, generate leads, discuss product specifications with customers, introduce payment plans. Moreover, an outbound sales representative must build positive relationships with clients .

Job purpose:

This position performs outbound calls to potential and current customers to qualify them as sales lead for sales specialists. This position will require working closely with Sales to ensure the accurate and effective quality of sales leads.

Job Description :

  • Outbound cold calling to convert leads to appointments and will work on the Canadian market with the Canadian time zoneĀ 

  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections

  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to our niche market

  • Manage database of leads to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead follow-up

  • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics

  • Understand and internalize evolving early years education trends in the local market

  • Daily communication with sales team


  • BA degree in Finance, Marketing or similar relevant field

  • Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales or call center for 2 years

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Fluent in English language

  • Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality
