About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on the front lines of sales for our North American markets.
Your mission:
Connect with key decision-makers and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives Team. If you're a natural communicator, goal-driven, and love the challenge of outbound sales—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calling and email to spark interest and start conversations building relationships
Identify and qualify key decision-makers across our target accounts
Make high volumes of outbound calls meeting and exceeding KPIs
Leverage sharp communication skills and a consultative approach to book meetings within brief, high-impact phone conversations
Secure high-quality meetings for the Account Executives Team by clearly communicating our value proposition
Handle objections with confidence and persistence, maintaining professionalism while pushing past initial resistance to secure appointments
Navigate complex organizational structures to reach Executive Directors and other senior stakeholders.
Exercise determinism and persistence in nurturing relationships over extended Sales cycles, sometimes up to a year of strategic follow-up to ultimately secure meetings with Executive Directors
Collaborate with the Head of the Function and the AE Team on outreach strategies and ideal customer profiles.
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the Company's CRM
Consistently hit (and celebrate!) monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified leads
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
Availability for the role that operates on Eastern Time Zone working Hours (GMT minus 5 hours).
Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to engage and persuade senior stakeholders across the North American market.
Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and navigating gatekeepers.
Resilient, coachable, and highly motivated to succeed.
