Role Summary:
The Social Media Specialist will focus on managing and optimizing our social media presence by implementing audience engagement strategies and tracking social media performance across platforms. The role emphasizes community management, trend research, and performance analysis to enhance brand visibility and strengthen our online community.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive and engaging social media community.
Build relationships with followers, industry influencers, and relevant partners.
Address online reviews and manage brand reputation by responding promptly to both positive and negative feedback.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth).
Prepare monthly reports with performance insights and recommendations for optimization.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, suggesting adjustments to enhance our social media strategy.
Audience Research & Strategy Development
Conduct research to understand target audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
Develop strategies to increase follower engagement and drive conversions.
Experiment with new features and social media trends to keep our approach fresh and competitive.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and other team members to ensure timely and cohesive social media posts.
Coordinate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries via social media channels.
Maintain open communication with other teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals.
Job requirements
Proven experience in managing social media platforms (4+ years).
Strong understanding of content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies.
Proficient in using social media management tools .
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Experience with AI tools for content creation and analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI).
Basic understanding of software or tech platforms to support social media strategies.
Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance.
Creative mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
