WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are in search of a dynamic, results-oriented, and strategic individual to lead our sales efforts in South America As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline. Your day-to-day activities will involve researching potential clients, conducting warm-calls, and educating prospects on the benefits of Parent.App. Your focus will be on generating opportunities and securing meetings, contributing significantly to our growth.

To excel in this role, you'll need to develop an in-depth understanding of the Parent.App platform and its diverse functionalities. Leveraging our sales playbooks, you will employ sales development best practices, utilizing email, phone, and social selling techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively research and identify potential leads and prospects.
  • Master the Parent.App platform, becoming proficient in all functionalities and applications.
  • Conduct warm-calls to prospects, effectively introducing Parent.App using our sales playbook.
  • Keep track of prospects and communicate progress through our CRM tool.
  • Secure discovery meetings with potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the MEA market.
  • Maintain a network of key stakeholders in the childcare industry regionally.
  • Report progress and insights to the Team Lead.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of professional sales experience
  • Knowledge or experience in the childcare industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are an added value.

  • Proficient communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Proactive, self-driven, and a team player.
  • Canadian Time-zone
